Carpentry / Cabinets / Trim
Our crew is skilled in both interior and exterior work. We install cabinets, crown molding, baseboards, window and door trim, and custom built-ins. We can fix or replace exterior rotted trim.
Window Installation
Our crew can help you design and build your deck from start to finish. If you already have a deck, we assist with extending or repairing it. We replace deck boards, railings, stairs, and work with pressure-treated, composite, and IPE decking.
Door Installation
Our crew installs a range of interior doors, including french doors, closet doors, and pocket doors. We also install exterior doors, such as entry doors, french doors, sliding doors, storm doors, bulkhead doors, and even dog doors.
Flooring
Rot damage can be extensive and cause long term problems. Common places include window frames, exterior doors, decks, and interior spaces with moisture like bathrooms and kitchens. Our team can determine the source of the problem and repair the damaged areas.
Decks / Railings

What services do you offer?
We are pleased to offer a range of services from small repairs to larger renovations. We can also help with those honey do items and seasonal punch lists. In general, we offer carpentry, windows, doors, decks, tiling, flooring, and more! See a few options listed below.

We currently serve these towns on the southeastern Connecticut shoreline: Niantic, East Lyme, Old Lyme, Waterford, New London, Gales Ferry, Ledyard, Norwich, Montville, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton, Madison, Guilford, Essex, Deep River, and Chester. Please always feel free to reach out to us!
What are your rates?
All projects are billed at our Time and Materials rate. This is our most popular option for honey do lists, small jobs, and punch lists. Hourly labor rates are $120 per Carpenter, $100 per Assistant Carpenter and $75 per Laborer, plus the cost of materials. We have a two hour minimum that starts at $200, so please keep that in mind when planning your list.
